James's place in Kibbutz Dan is perfectly located. It is next to all the best Upper Galilee nature reserves and travel routes. It is a one room unit, suitable for a couple, has all the necessary amenities for a few days stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kibbutz is very peaceful and quiet and the river Dan flows right through it. There is a small grocery store and even a local nature shop. We haven't met James, but communication was fine, and the unit was waiting for us, open.

James made check in and check out so easy which was much appreciated. Always available by phone. Lovely place, sparkling clean and had everything we needed plus more. Peaceful lovely neighborhood where we enjoyed evening walks. Would stay again, thanks for a great stay!

James is the best. host. Ever. Came to pick me up when I finished the Israel National Trail, invited me over for dinner and made himself available ALL the time. He’s always smiling and welcoming. His home in Dan is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Northern Israel or hikers/pilgrims walking the INT. It’s clean, stylish and comfortable. The neighborhood is quite and very peaceful. Price is also fair and very affordable. You can’t really ask for more or go wrong with this choice. For me it was delightful being there and will hands down go back should I return to that part of the country.

James und seine Familie sind so herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber. Es ist uns richtig schwer gefallen schon nach zwei Tagen weiterzufahren. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben um mehr Zeit in Dan und der wundervollen Umgebung zu verbringen. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen. Es ist ein unglaublich schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins nördliche Galiläa und den Golan. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Ausstattung herausragend! Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Super Unterkunft und die liebenswertesten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann! Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen und das nächste mal mehr Zeit einplanen.

The apartment was beautiful, brand new, and very clean. James and his wife were very helpful and flexible with check in and check out. There is a stunning view of the beautiful mountains and it's the best location to see the beautiful northern region of Israel!
